I realise I only use this space to rant and rave about stuff because everywhere else is public for everyone to see and the people I rant about can read it. So, here I am.

This has been bugging me since.. well, forever but the last couple of weeks, the feeling has been building and I need to release it before I self combust.

Anyway, as you all know, I'm an avid football (soccer) supporter. And I support Manchester United. This rant is mostly about the fucking idiotic boys that I have the unfortunate honour of knowing.

I really have no idea what is wrong with them. When they find out I watch football, there are always 2 type of reaction. First, the "Oooh! Since when? Cool. Did you watch...." Or the second, and this happens more times than not., "You watch football? *makes a face* Why do YOU watch football?" And this comment usually follow with a smartass comment about why girls watch football.

I'm sorry that you think that ALL girls are as shallow as those girls you previously knew. I don't know who or what type of girls you've hung out with but let me assure you that not all of us watch football because "OOOH. HE IS SO HOT! I'M JUST GONNA WATCH THE GAME BECAUSE OF HIM! OMG HE IS FREAKING HOT. LOOK AT HIS BODY! SFAHSKAJGHSALKGLAGALK!!!!!1111!!!!" Some of us watch it because we genuinely like the game.

Why is it that guys can like football but when girls like it, they are either following a trend and trying to be cool or just watching it for the eye candy? Why is it so hard for you to accept that we too can like football. We might not be football players but that doesn't mean we can't like watching it. So according to your logic, you're not a musician so you can't like music right? I know more about football than almost half of the boys I know. I've been following the game since I was 10 or 11 which is a long time considering. Back then EPL wasn't even a big deal yet in Malaysia. So fuck you and your damn theories about my interest.

The fact that you think football only belongs to you boys shows just how dark of a hole you've been living in. Times have changed, football is universal. It's not just a "guy's thing" anymore. If you can't deal with that then maybe you need to go back to your fucking hole and stay there.

I'm sitting here in front of my laptop typing this even though I am suppose to be studying Biology. It's hard for me to find motivation to study nowadays and that scares me.

I've been thinking about the future a lot these days. (I know right, this is shocking!) I have no idea why but all these thoughts keep entering my head and it's eating me up.

Did I choose the right course?
Did I make a mistake by choosing this course?
What if I'm not meant to be doctor?
What if Allah has other plans for me?
What if no one accepts me?
Will I be able to succeed?
Can I really do it?

I keep asking myself these every night. It's an unhealthy obsession. One that I do not wish to have.

They say the hardest thing about Medicine is actually getting into a medical school. I've been rejected by 4 universities already. I am still waiting for 2 more. I don't know what my chances are but everyday without news is a day nearer to disappointment, although I pray and hope to God that I'll get good news soon. Ya Allah, tolong lah aku.

If I don't get into a Medical School, I'm not just letting down myself, but also my parents and my siblings. They really have high hopes for me and if I let them down, I don't know if I can live with myself. Changing course is not an option. It's MBBS or nothing at all.

This is really difficult for me. I realise that keeping all of these inside is bad for me. I do realise that. But I don't like to burden people with my problems. I always feel like they have enough problems as it is, they don't need to hear about my sad story. And I am aware that there are other people out there that have bigger things to worry about and this just seems trivial.

And so, sometimes when things get too overwhelming, I cry. I cry silently, hoping and praying no one can hear me. I cry till my head hurts but I always try to pick myself back up again. I don't like to show weakness, maybe I'm egoistic that way. I put on a smile and pretend that I'm okay, even though, deep down, it is eating me. People ask me "Aren't you worried?" I am, I just don't like to show it.

I'm not writing this as a plea of help. I'm just writing this to let everything out. I guess this is how I choose to express myself.

I guess I just hope there is someone out there that will listen.

You know what I was thinking. I'm not a very brave girl.
If they are looking for a someone to play a character in a short play, I will never volunteer myelf.
If they are looking for someone to go up on stage to recite a poem or to join a debate team, I will never volunteer myself.
If they are looking for someone to stay over a haunted house for the night, I will never volunteer myself.
If they are looking for someone to join the girls' netball team, I will never volunteer myself.
If you try to make me do something that requires me to do it in front of an audience, I will never do it.
Why?
Because I am not brave enough. Not brave enough to stand in front and bare out my soul. Stand there and act out a character that is so foreign to me.
I would rather not do it.

Actually, this doesn't only apply to being on stage.
I'm not brave enough to be who I really am there. So I put on a mask and only show them who they think I am.
Why?
Because some of them there are so critical and judgemental that sometimes it is really suffocating.
Let them think they know me. When in reality, they know nothing.

Okay. I decided to once again start writing here. I don’t want to really. But I figured, I really needed a place to just load off all of my feelings and stuff. This seems like a good place.

So basically, the last time I updated was a year ago. Trust me, many things happened. Some I’m not particularly proud of & some was just plain awesome. Something unexpected happened too.

Losing a friend is never easy. I am not talking about you fighting with your friend and now, you are no longer speaking to one another. I’m talking about actually losing a friend. As in he passed away. I never thought I would experience it, to be perfectly honest. I never thought it would happen to me. But it did. And let me tell you, it’s probably the worst feeling ever.

When I heard the news, I was shocked, yes. But that was it. It didn’t really sink that he was gone. I went back home and while I was sitting in front of the television, it all dawned to me. He’s no longer here. I won’t see him anymore. He’s gone. And at that moment, tears fell.

I only knew him for 3 semesters but the fact that he was in 2 of my classes , his presence is definitely missed. He was the first Malay boy to actually make an effort to talk to me. He would stick his tongue out at me for no real reason during Chemistry class when he thought teacher was not looking. He would sing in Maths class loudly if he feels bored waiting for our teacher. I always tease him and call him Wannie even though he tells me not to in the beginning. I think he just accepted it as time gradually passed.

I remember the last conversation I had with him was about Battle of the Bands. I asked him if he was joining and he said yes. I remember telling him to sing an Indonesian song because well, he sounds really good singing it and he loves their songs. He said, yeah, he was planning too but he wasn’t sure what exactly was alternative. I tried explaining but I don’t think he really got it. He didn’t talk much in class that day apart from that.

I didn’t see him after that because I went home that weekend. I found out about his condition on Saturday evening. I was devastated. I was praying to God to help him wake up from his coma.

He will always be remembered as the nice boy because ultimately, that was who he was. A very nice person. He didn’t have a problem with him and no one had any with him. Everyone had nice things to say about him. I cannot believe he is gone. I still remember his “promise” to sing at our teacher’s BBQ party again this year, as he did last year. I remember making sure he promised us that he will. I guess that promise will never be carried out.

God truly does love him. I can only pray and hope that he is a better place & that he is no longer in pain.

Syazwan, we will always remember you. As a friend, batch-mate and the nicest boy we will ever meet. I am honoured to have been friends with you.

I cried when I first heard of his condition & his admittance into ICU.

I cried after the news of his death sunk in.

I cried at his funeral, especially as they were loading him into the van.

I cried at his eulogy in college when his chaletmate gave a speech.

And, I am crying right now as I type this.

There isn't much you can do to change a person's view on something. He or she will continue to believe in what he or she thinks is right. No matter how baseless and judgmental it is.
I feel like I have to go through it everyday in college. Don't get me wrong. They are some of the nicest people who couldn't give a hoot. It's the other half of the people that is bugging me.
It was suppose to be over. The whole judgmental thinking about the two group of students. Clearly I was wrong. And I am honestly disappointed in them. We still have to work hard to achieve our dream. Work our asses off for the next two years. Regardless of who is paying our fees.
I say, we have one disadvantage compared to the rest of you. If we do, touch wood, fail our exams, we have to go back home to the people who pays our fees over the two years. You don't have to go back home to your sponsors...

I survived my first two weeks in the wilderness! Huzzah!
Okay. Not wilderness but it is pretty ulu. So ulu that there is nothing within the the 5km radius but trees, trees and you guessed it, more freaking trees. That's KYUEM for you.

To be perfectly honest, I was scared. Who wouldn't be? New environment, new people, new rooms. But somehow, I manage to adapt pretty quickly to life there. I consider myself lucky that I at least had one friend from school there, where as, quite a number of people didn't know anyone.
Induction week was hell. Not that it was boring, it was just really, really tiring. It was one thing after another. A talk, an activity.
Preparation for batch anniversary was also hell. But I rather not talk about it here. The seniors seem to like it, so I guess everything went well?

Have I made new friends? Yes. (are you surprised? Me too, honestly.) Is the people there nice? Yes. How about the seniors? They're nice. ~~most of the time..~~ kidding

Classes? They have been going on fine. Thank goodness I share the same history class as one of my team member from the induction week and the same biology class as my chalet mate. And I have a friend in Chemistry class. So, yeah!

It's fun there. Really it is. I love all the house spirit there. It reminds me of school.
One of the seniors said, "The only entertainment we have here is ourselves..." It's only the second week but now, I can see what he's talking about.

OMG!
I forgot to add. Guess what societies I'm a member of in college? DUN DUN DUN. I'm in Rotaract Club. *collective gasp!* I know right? I'm like totally surprised too. But, before all you Leos out there bite my head off...I joined Rotaract because they didn't have Leo there. It's the closest thing to Leo.
And, I'm in Spanish Club. Hopefully by the end of my two years there, I will be able to communicate (at least a little bit) in Spanish. But then again, anything is better than my current knowledge of Spanish which is basically just uno, dos, tres... You get what I mean..

The news just in. Cristiano Ronaldo is set to leave Manchester United.

To be honest, to say that I shocked or surprised would be a lie. I've been anticipating this news since, well, last season. What I'm shocked about is the price that Real Madrid is willing to pay for him. £80million is not a small change. It's a lot of money.

I haven't been Ronaldo's biggest fan since he openly said he wants to move to Real in the beginning of the 2007/2008 compaign. And to be perfectly honest, I hated the fact that even though Man Utd won the double that season, the only thing people and the media focused on was Ronaldo's future. He has a tromendous season in 2007/2008 but I could never support him with as much passion as I used to. To me, and to most of the Man Utd supporters, anyone who is not totally commited to the Red cause can leave.

I believe that Man Utd will move on. They have proven that they can be great even after losing key players. Now, its up to the manager to rebuild the team and make the team as good as or even better as the previous one. And also to the players to keep going forward and doing their best in every single match.

To Ronaldo, his services will be missed. He has been a terrific and wonderful player. Thank you for all he has done for the club.

Now, lets just look to the future and move on.

Finally deleted my Friendster account. I've been meaning to do it since last year just never bothered. That and I totally forgot my password.

One of the reason why I deleted my account is because I don't go to the website anymore. I think the last time I signed in was early last year? What's the point of keeping something I don't use anymore.
Second, well, nobody uses friendster anymore. They've moved on to something "bigger, better" and more complicating..Facebook. And, now I've been hearing about this thing call Twitter?
Third, the only reason I had an account on friendster (and every other social networking sites like Myspace and Facebook) is to keep in touch with my friends and family. (and also because my friends harrassed me to get an account. Damn you people. XD) And like I mentioned in point two, since no one uses Friendster anymore, it seems kinda redundant to still have it. Besides, now there are some random strangers adding me and frankly, their profiles and the comments/messages are kinda creepy and scary.

Well, now, my account no longer exists. To those who requested to be friends, I'm sorry. Thanks for the add though. (;

What happened since the last time I posted (about something not Korean-related)?

On April Fools, the only person that tricked me was Krystle.
I visited the KYUEM "campus". Thought it looked pretty cool.
Got tons of offer/acceptance letters from various colleges. Too bad none really offered what I wanted.
Selected to go for the MARA scholarship interview.
Got my acceptance letter from KYUEM (yay?!)
Got my new Red Viao laptop. (sexayyy..)
Went to the Mara interview. Met no one I know there. Everyone else met friends, classmates, schoolmates while I was just sitting at the side waiting for my turn.
Watched Talentime, Confessions of A Shopaholic, Coming Soon and He's Just Not That Into You.
Bought a few new books. (Have to remember to finish reading the books I started)
Went out with my cousins from Johor. (I've missed them)
Got accepted into Matrikulasi Johor. (Don't think I'm going for that.)

That's it, I think. Clearly my life is boring.

No. I don't think so. I like our country.

My answer:

No. I won't. I'll go overseas to study, yes. I'll go overseas for holidays, yes. But I won't migrate to another country. I find it kinda ~~betraying~~ your country by doing so?

Of course, unless you have a very valid reason for doing so. No offense or anything to anyone but that's just what I think. Nothing is wrong with our country. Sure, we have some flaws and we might be the best at everything, but I won't ever trade our country with another one. Well, that is my opinion now, but who to say I won't change my mind in a few years.

When you told him there was a guy that was disturbing you online, he immediately came online, ready to scream at someone if it was necessary.
When you told him you were sick yesterday he freaked out even if it was nothing TOO serious.
He wouldn't be so sweet to you and said he will drive to .. every week just to see you.
He wouldn't go out last minute to buy a purple shirt just to match your dress.
When you told him that a baby blue dress is impossible to find he actually change to an easily available colour, PINK.
When that guy asked you that really uncomfortable question, he was there to give the guy a right old scolding.
He knows just how to make you feel better.
He tries to explain to you why he didn't reply you after days.
He does all these little sweet things that any girls would be jealous off.
He defended your sis when she was bullied by this bunch of IMMATURE, JEALOUS fangirls in your sister's school.
He is not afraid to show his feelings when his friends are around. Or in front of the whole school.
He gives you all these links to stupid videos that would put a smile on your face.
Even if he can be an ass sometimes but he will totally make it up to you the next day. At least he tries his best to.
When he is online, he always says HI to you. No matter what.
he actually stole his sister/brother's phone to text you when his phone was confiscated.
He took back his phone that his dad hid because of exam and nearly got busted because the last message you sent him was something to do about him running naked across the India or something. (WHAT?)
He paid for all your prom tickets. They each cost more than RM100.

I cannot speak for him. But I'm convinced that the feeling between the two of you are mutual.

Why do I care so much? Because I care about you and I know that being with him makes you happy. Not being with him will just devastate you because you like him. A LOT.

And YOU! Stop doing things that will hurt her. PLEASE.

A little reunion

Suzanna had a little reunion for the "gang-email gang". Unfortunately only five of us could make it. Salini, Ungku, Annishka, Marlysa and Me. Though disappointed that the rest couldn't make it, we still manage to have lots of fun. So, I came first then Marlysa followed by Salini. When I reached Suzanna's house, we called Ungku and she just woke up. So, we waited for the two of them before we ate. Annishka and Ungku came a while later.
Basically, what we did the whole day was
1. Eat
2. Listen to stories from Suzanna about New Zealand. Listen to Annishka and Salini talk about college life.
3. Looked at pictures that Suzanna took in New Zealand.
4. Watched videos online (youtube FTW!)
5. Sang songs (Suzanna on guitar) (watch the videos at the end of the post)
6. Dance to Time Warp. (It's so much fun and EASY!)
7. showed Suzanna and Salini Wonder Girls videos since they were curious why Ungku likes them.
8. They decided that Yoobin is different and has a nice voice.
9. Watched Wonder Boys perform and they found Shindong creepy. LOL
10. They danced to So Hot. I just watch and laugh.
11. Took a whole lot of pictures.

Actually, I can't remember who I sat next to in Standard 1, but I KNOW that it was a malay girl. My memory is kinda fuzzy.
Who knew the first girl that I sat with in Standard 1 will eventually become my closest friend now?
We both had the same bag. You know those lame trolley bags? Damn. So embarrassing.
Never mind. At least I have a partner. LOL. haha.
Ungku, we were both embarassing! *coughnerdscough*
So, I've known Ungku for basically all 11 of my schooling years.
Is it fate that we sat next to each other in standard 1? And though we weren't close in primary school, you could say that we grew up together and matured together.
She's the only girl that I have never had an argument with. For some reason, I can't stay angry at her for long. I think we learned to give and take with each other, over the years.
You know how they say "everything happen for a reason"?
Well, if it weren't for the thing that happened when we were in Form 4, we would never have become as close as we are now.
So, cheers. This is to our 11 year friendship. I hope we will still be like this in the next 11 years.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Lets wish that 2009 brings us lots more cheers than 2008 did. A new year. A new beginning. One chapter closes while another opens.
2008 was an eventful year for me, that's for sure. So many things happened that I will treasure for the rest of my life. The good times and even the bad times.
2008 brought a lot of laughter and also tears.
It was the year filled with "The last time...in school."
It was definitely a bittersweet year for me. 2008 is one of the best years of my life.
I enjoyed the ride that 2008 brought. It was also one of the scariest year because of SPM.
A lot of people made this year unforgettable.
Firstly, my family. My siblings, my cousins, my relatives. We spent so much time together. The laughs we shared, the joy, the sadness and the surprise, will never be forgotten.

Secondly, my close friends.
The six amigos: Ungku, Suzanna, Salini, Annishka, Huda (plus Me, that makes 6)
I spent most of my schooling days for the past two years with you guys. I had fun with you. Form 4 and 5 wouldn't have been the same if it weren't for the 5 of you. Each one of you were there when I needed you. In whatever way. Thank you.
Mayuri, Krystle, Belle, Marlysa: You guys rock! I'm proud to say that we are still close even though we only see each other before and after school starts and also during recess. Being around you guys always put a smile on my face. You guys are the people I fangirl with, even though we like different people. That never stopped us.
Amalina, Thareni, Nas: Whatever that happened between us, I hope it is forgiven and forgotten. Remember all the nonsense we did. That was always fun. We might not be as close as we were but trust me when I say, I trust you with my life. I hope you do the same for me. I love you guys to death.

Aezlisya: Surprise to see your name here? Haha. Don't be. Even though, we might not talk as much or be close as before, you were once one of my closest friend. Seeing as how you are my friend since Std 5. Somewhere along the way, things happened and we drifted apart. But, even during those times, I still wished the best for you and I still considered you a friend. I still love you. And I still treasure our friendship. I'm sorry if I ever did anything to hurt you in any way. I can assure you that was never my intention. Whatever happened between us, I have already forgotten. I hope you have too. Let's put that chapter of our live behind us. Let's start a new.

Ah. So, your birthday was on the 15th of December, I took this long to actually write a nice one for you. I hope this is good enough.
I think Salini is my first actual friend that was not from Assunta 2 when we were both in 1A2. I remembered her as that tall girl with a loud voice. Throughout the years, I've learned so much from her. She is the best person to have a talk with. We can talk about just about anything under the sun (and beyond..). Some people might think that we don't like each other because we have silly arguments with each other every single day especially during Maths, but that can't be further from the truth. As all might know, I'm not a very expressive person. So, I guess, by having these daily arguments with her is how I express my love for her. It's weird. The whole thing about our friendship is weird. That's probably why I tresure it. Salini is a happy-go-lucky girl while I'm not exactly a bottle of sunshine. She sees things as half-full, I on the other hand sees things as sometimes half-empty. Salini loves mainstream music, I have a big dislike for them. It might look like we have many differences between us. But, if you look closely, we actually share a lot of things in common. Some of the small things that we have in common. We both love to talk about stuff that is not exactly what you normally would hear from a 17 year old. We both love to make fun of Ungku by saying that she lives in an Ulu place. We both are Pn Many's target in Physics class. And, we both love each other. haha. Cheesy alert! Salini has been there for me all through the years and I thank her for that. She never fail to make me laugh with her random stories about what happened to her. In class, she used to randomly whisper my name, most of the time I ignore her first 3 calls, but when I turn, she does the heart sign with her fingers and say, "Syahira, I love you." I used to roll my eyes everytime she does it, but come to think of it, now, I will miss her doing that to me. Actually, no, I will miss her. All of her. Wow. I can't believe we've been friends since 2005. I think when I first met her in 2A2, we somehow became friends. Probably because she was close friend with Suzanna and I was friends with Suzanna too. So, you can say that we met through a mutual friend. haha. People might find her intimidating at first, she is not afraid to speak her minds at times. Some people can't stand that. But, I guess, that is one of the reason why I love her. haha. Her sarcasm is really one-of-a-kind. Sure, sometimes, it hurts but I think we all learn to just shake it off and never take those things seriously. She is seriously an awesome friend. When I needed to go to a weekly meeting because of the Charity Carnival Bazaar at Burger King in Subang, she was always there. Every single week, without fail, keeping me company. Thank you. Last year when we did BOI together was a blast. The times when we would complain and bitch about that certain someone. She was also my emo partner in camp last year. The never ending gossiping were fun. She never fails to give you a present if it's your birthday. Most of the time, her presents are usually compilation CD of songs that she love. Did I mention she has one of the best taste in music? I love her taste in music as it is similiar to mine. Therefore, I love getting those CDs from her. I don't know what else to write. It might sound like a "Duh!" moment for you, but I JUST realised, I have a near-to-unhealthy obsession with the colour ORANGE.
I was debating whether I should get the iTouch or the Orange mini iPod, since an itouch is cooler and definitely has more functions. But, in the end, I bought the orange ipod, just because it is Orange. sad. I know. but it's pretty. So, no regrets.
But, whatever, I still think Orange is pretty and awesome (some of you might beg to differ *coughmysistercough*) but I don't care.

Good news. Tegoshi will be acting in a movie directed by an American director, (which means that there will be American actors). Yay (for the Tegoshi-will-be-acting part)! Finally get to watch him act in something new. My Boss, My Hero was a LONG time ago.
The bad news. He will be acting with Hirokita Maki. Yuck. I have nothing against the girl but I'm just not a fan. And a double blow, Emma Roberts (yes. THAT emma roberts) will be acting in it too. AS HIS GIRLFRIEND!! double freaking yuck.
However, I will still watch the movie (whenever it hits the theather) because I want to watch Tegoshi act in a movie. (and when it's out, I will drag Krystle to watch it with me..*smirks*)

And, as you obviously know based on my post, I have recently become a Suju-M fan. But, as of today, I have a new fandom. I actually surprised myself when I started liking them. Hint: Korean. Second hint: 7 members. If it's not obvious enough, (they're the only Korean group with 7 members) it's 2PM. I became a fan because of Nickhun, but, now my favourites have to got to Taekyeon, Junho and Junsu.

A fast update:

1. SPM came and left.
2. Had a major headache during Physic paper.
3. After SPM, had a mini celebration at school where we actually stayed back for an hour just to take pictures.
4. Had the real celebration at The Curve
5. Ungku met her ..... there.
6. Went to Sungai Wang (i dunno how to spell the place) with Gong, Ungku and Salini.
7. Salini almost smashed my nose with her damn bony elbow.
8. Had a class party at my house. Most of 5 Science 1-ers came. Still awaiting pictures. Slept really late that night.
9.Woke up super early to get to KL Sentral before 7 am.
10. Met Ungku's cousin, Sara.
11. Went to Langkawi and had a blast with Gong, Salini, Annishka, Rachel, Vivian, Saliza.
12. I want to go back to Langkawi!!
13. After arriving back at LCCT, we found out that all our luggage is in Singapore.
14. They sent our luggage to Suzanna's housea at 12 am.
15. Went to Subang Parade to do the fish massage thingy. Me and Ungku was too ticklelish to put our feet in the damn water.
16. Met up with the Leo people. Met Fion, Jerrard, Jack, CS, Cheng Long, Mark, Eric..and a few more. (I miss you guys!)
17. Met new people from Leo. The only name that sticks is Su Qi.
18. Met Debbie, Jeya and Bernice. (I miss you so much!)
19. Suzanna and Annabelle leaving for New Zealand and Japan respectively. I won't be seeing Gong for a month and Annabelle for two months.

I will be missing my friends, all those gossipping times, times when we curse teachers

I'll miss that noisy yet cosy atmosphere in the class, seeing those faces when I walk

The coolest teacher EVER. Miss Jaya. We did the "10 shots" with her. Look at her!

Looking at all these pictures, it made me realise that I won't be there in school next year. I won't be in the canteen anymore at 10.30am, I won't be outside the class waiting for a prefect to open the doors, I won't be using the field again..And mostly, the thing that hit me the most is that, I won't be seeing all these faces (and more) on a daily basis. And that is what makes me sad.

About chain emails and messages.

One of the things I hate is chain messages or chain emails. Those things are so freaking stupid and you are dumb if you believe it.
I get those emails that says,
" You/someone you love will die in 5 minutes/ an hour/ a month if you do not forward this email to 5/10/15/everysinglepersoninyourcontactlist.. "
every single day. And I have never forward it to anyone. And guess what? I'm still breathing and alive. By the way, I didn't know that emails somehow determine when you die? I guess I missed the memo that says, emails are like God. They decide when and how you die.
Also those charm messages that say "If you don't forward this message to 5/10/15/.... people, you will fail every single exam that you sit for in the next 5 years. " WTF? Are you seriously dumb enough to believe it? Please. If you work hard, you will get good results but if you laze around and don't bother, you will fail. Does that mean that every single person that sends the message to so-and-so number of people, will automatically pass their exams with flying colours, without even studying?
I understand if you send Good Luck messages or inspirational messages to your friends, heck, I like receiving and I appreciate those.
But please, stop sending those messages to anyone. I don't know anyone that like receiving those things.
We are not kids. We know that it's not real.

Things That I Realised/Noticed/Learnt these past few weeks...

- Having trials for three straight week is not, and I repeat NOT, fun. At all.
- For some reason, I'm not feeling the Raya mood/atmosphere.
- Add Maths is a killer subject.
- Playing Pictionary at The Apartment is really, really fun.
- The best way to get over getting a sucky table at a restaurant is to make noise. Lots of noise. They might not change your table but they will be embarrassed and regret putting you in the MIDDLE OF THE DAMN SHOP!
- Mayuri LOVES Dr. Seuss
- My Big Bang fandom is decreasing.
- My F.T. Island fandom is gone (kind of).
- Through Family Dinners, you will find out about things that you probably didn't know about your family.
- I didn't know I'll miss my sister this much.
- Ungku wears bright yellow pants.
- You can buy a deck of cards for RM 2 (honestly, I didn't know that).
- Never let Salini ride a bicycle ever again.
- Annishka's "fans" really DO NOT have a life. (a piece of advise, GO GET A DAMN LIFE AND STOP DISTURBING HER!)
- Assunta have refugees too.
- The best way to skip a function is to hide in class (until the teachers decides to go round the school catching those who are skipping the function..)
- If a teacher is coming to check the class, the best place to hide is under the desk (because they SO can't see you hiding..)
- Suzanna does the best imitations.
- Huda is not as innocent as many people might think. Breaking news! She breaks school rules too (sometimes).
- My Battle fandom is increasing each day. They are super underrated.
- Fany Fany Tiffany (SNSD) sucks.
- Ungku, Salini and Suzanna are apparently in the "cool list" (FYI, they made the list themselves...)
- Nick Jonas > Joe Jonas any day.
- It's less than 5 weeks to SPM (thanks Mayuri..NOT!)

Let's put aside the whole business about uploading pictures. I know some of you are waiting for me to upload pictures *coughMeiLincough*, but I have to put that aside first. I have a crisis on my hand. Not really a crisis but it's a decision I rather not make.
Should I go and abandon the yearly traditions that my family and I have been doing since I was born OR should I stay and celebrate it without my parents, just my eldest brother, youngest sister and my extended family?
If I do decide to stay, it will only be just the three of us. This year's celebration will be without A.Id, Kak Ida, Mak and Ayah. Now, how sad is that right?
